One of the things I am most grateful for living here in the middle east is the ability to travel and see this side of the world. And this month it is Egypt we are going to go see.
Seeing the pyramids is something Ted has dreamed of since reading his family encyclopedia as a child. He will be able to cross of several bucket list items this fall and this is something that really amazes us. We often sit at these famous sites and say to one another, "can you believe we are here?" Traveling the world still seems like a pipe dream to us even though that is what we are doing.
I must also say I love being able to take pictures of these sites and look forward to sharing some of these photos on my facebook after this trip.
