The quilt guild held a workshop where we learned to create circles that you stitch together to create a wonderful pattern. I had to purchase a circle maker for my machine and that made all the difference in how easy these were to make. You take a 10" square that is layered with the top and bottom, right sides together, and then the batting and you place the center of the square on the circle maker that is attached to your machine and let the walking foot to the work to create the circles. After they are sewn you trim the seam to 1/4' and then cut a small hole in the front of one of the circles close to the edge and turn them inside out. The hole is hiddle when you sew two circles together. This was a fun class and I can't wait to create one with Stampin' Up! fabrics.
