Stampin' Up!'s new mini catalog has not only some wonderful new stamp sets it has some fun new accessories as well. This card by my friend Amanda features several of these great new items.
The base card was embossed with Stampin' Up!'s new Framed Tulips impression folder. She stamped the frame from Stampin' Up!'s Baby Blossoms stamp set on Pink Pirouette cardstock and punched the middle out with the large oval punch. She stamped Birthday Wishes from Stampin' Up!'s Bring on the Cake stamp set onto the white cardstock and dimensioned the frame over the greeting. She stamped the white cardstock with the flowers that come in the Baby Blossoms stamp set. Add a ribbon and one of the new Vintage Flower Adornments as the final touch.
