A few years ago Stampin' Up! started selling a' la carte stamps or single stamp in the back of their catalogs. These stamps are unique and usually seasonal or just that little stamp you are looking for. Stamp sets give you the best value for your money but these a' la carte stamps are fun to collect and use.
Be My Valentine is one of Stampin' Up!'s a' la carte stamps found in the Occasion mini catalog. I really liked the ribbon across the heart and the size of this stamp so I purchased it and made this card to share with all of you.
This card is real red with Stampin' Up!'s framed Tulips embossing folder frame using the Big Shot. I added a whisper white cardstock middle and stamped the Be My Valentine stamp in the upper middle. I stamped the stamp again on scrap paper and cut out the ribbon piece and attached it to my card using dimensionals. I added a wide frame of glitter around heart using the 2-way glue pen and dazzleing diamonds glitter. Before glueing the white cardstock to card I wrapped real red Taffeta ribbon around the piece.
