This card was created by a good friend of mine: Sandi. She used the watercolor Trio stamp set from the Summer mini and she inked it with markers and stamped on Vanilla Cardstock. The background was done using a embossing folder. You ink the raised side of the folder with white craft ink and then run it through the Big Shot and it puts white ink into the creases in the embossed images. Stamp the background before using this technique. She finished the card with ticket corner punches and layers of cardstock. She also punched the greeting with the scallop oval punch and large oval punch layer.
