This past weekend we did some spring cleaning that was a couple years overdue, we cleaned out our storage room. Yikes. We have always moved every 2-5 years and that has keep us from collecting things we don't use or need. Moving is a good reason to go through things. Well we have lived here 10 years and it was time to go through things.... The reason I tell you this is that in cleaning out the storage room I found some old and I mean 15 year old report cards for my oldest daughter and inside one of these report cards from kindergarten the teacher had put this adorable picture of Shanae at the Thanksgiving feast they had in class.
I fell in love with my child all over again. She was the cutest child and acted so proper all the time. I had to stop cleaning (any excuse I can find right?) and put this photo on a scrapbook page so I could remember how thankful I am for my little girls even when they grow up and move away.
This page was one of my wow scrapbook pages we did in my 4th Friday class. The layout is pretty simple I thought I should copy myself and create a page like this one for spring but that is for another day. The layout is 12x12 layered with an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of coordinating cardstock with a torn edge. Add 3 accents and a title and a little background stamping and you have a wow page. Enjoy
