I was looking in Stampin' Up! new Stampin' Connections they have created for demonstrators and copied a card I saw on there. I really like how pretty this card is and easy it was to create.
The colors used are Certainly Celery base card, Blush Blossom post card that was embossed using the Big Shot and the polka dot embossing folder and then lightly sponged with Regal Rose ink. I used the label punch and punched the confetti white tag that was layered with the scallop punched vintage label circle that was stamped with Old Olive ink. I punched a hole in label and tied ribbon around the blush blossom card and up through the hole then tied a knot in it. The flower was created by punching a 1" strip of blush blossom card stock with the 3 flower punch using the largest flower four times. The flowers are sponged with Regal Rose ink and distressed by wading them up and then opening them again. Punch a hole through the middle of the four flowers and the center of the scallop punch, then wad each flower again up and around the center and open slightly. Use dimensionals to attach scallop to tag.
