I thought I would share another mini book I made as a birthday gift for my 3rd daughter. We had fun taking pictures of her with her new glasses (that were a novelty for a few weeks and then she requested contacts!) We also took photos of her and her sisters together but the ones of Chaylee only turned out so well that I had to make a little book for her.
For the journaling I asked her to fill out a questionnaire of her likes and dislikes and what she thinks of things today. I loved pulling out a old scrapbook I did in High School that I had journaled my likes and dislikes and I compared them to what I think today (way too many years later to even give you hint on how many) and how what I think now is the same and what I think are different. I think Chaylee will enjoy looking back at this birthday gift as she gets older and I think her children (those grandkids I am hoping come our way) will also enjoy knowing a little about what Chaylee thought in high school.
This album was created from an empty Pretties kit. I loved the clear window on the front; it made a perfect frame for a picture and so the glue did not show I put a picture on the side or back of the lid as well. The pages were made from black card stock that are scored and glued together. So the seams do not show I glued journling or photos over the seams.
