Reindeer Joy

  When I first saw this stamp set Holiday Lineup (it not only has reindeer but snowmen and elfs as well) in the catalog it made me smile and I knew I had to have it.  I can't wait to use it on my Christmas scrapbooking pages as well as other gift packaging ideas but to start out I had to use it on a card.  This stamp set just cries out to be used on the 3x6 size cards.  I stamped with Black Stazon on watercolor paper, colored and shaded the reindeer.  (hint: I did stamp them towards the right side instead of in the center so I had room for my jumbo circle punch folded in half and the ribbon knot.  This piece is glued onto the Always Artichoke card stock that I stamped Merry Christmas from the All Holidays stamp set and all of that was glued onto Creamy Carmel 6x6 piece of card stock that was folded in half then 1/4" of one side torn off and red card stock accent piece added behind the torn edge.  To add the finishing touch I squeezed a glob of Crystal Effect on the reindeer with the big nose and added the red chunky glitter.  Remember to let this dry before touching or stacking cards.  I hope this card makes you smile as much as it did me.
