What fun I had this past week at Founder's Retreat with Shelli. It was held in Southern Utah so after spending a few days with my stamping friends, my parents picked me up and took me home for a couple of days. I had not been home to Panguitch without my spouse or a child or two since I had my first child, Shanae, almost 21 years ago. At Founder's Retreat we slept in, ate, visited, ate, shopped, ate, relaxed, snacked, shared ideas, snacked, stamped, and visited Kanab where SU! manufactures the stamp sets. We got to help in the process and this always makes me appreciate all the work that goes into producing one little stamp set.
The final night SU! took us to the place High School Musical two was taped and we watched movie outdoors while eating pizza, popcorn, candy and soda. It was a great night to finish off a great trip.
We received gifts each night on our pillows and one of the gifts was a new stamp set and ink pads in a nice travel bag. This stamp set should be in the next catalog. I loved working with it and I am sure you will too.
Check out tomorrows blog to see samples using this set that SU! had on display at Founders.
