I am having so much fun with the New Big Shot and all the materials you can cut with it. At my down line meeting this past weekend we made these rings that have several materials you can cut with your Big Shot dies. There are over 50 different material you can cut. Fabric, chipboard, bubble wrap, batting, magnets, fun foam, vinyl and much more. You can find a list here.
I love that you can cut your own chipboard letters. I know for my classes I want to use chipboard letter more often but I really can't afford to purchase a package of chipboard letter for one little "A" for each person who comes so the Big Shot gives me the ability to use more chipboard on my scrapbooking pages. On Saturday we used not only the letters for our sampler ring but we used the negative chipboard left over from cutting the letter on a little 6x6 scrap-booking page.
This page features my niece Allie, she has to be tough because she has a older brother and cousin that thinks she is just like them. And she tries to be. I don't think I have ever visited her that she is not banged up some how. Either from crashing on her bike chasing after her brother or from being hurt playing with these boys and their games. She is so full of life and I love that.
